Join NH beef producers association and Dr. Brandon Koch of Blue Seal Feeds for an informative Q & A session on beef cattle nutrition.

We have arranged a guided tour of the Blue Seal feed mill in Bow, NH. The event will allow interested NHBPA members to tour the feed mill while it is in operation and ask questions about Kent Nutrition/Blue Seal products.

Attendees will have to sign a visitor policy. NHBPA members should wear steel toed shoes if possible.

Join your fellow NH beef producers for a workshop focusing on beef cattle reproduction and artificial insemination. Dr. Nate Harvey will review the cow's reproductive anatomy and physiology, with an emphasis on detecting heat cycles and preparing for breeding. Tim Champion will demonstrate equipment and techniques for artificial insemination, including semen straws, liquid nitrogen tank, and breeding gun with pipettes. Both instructors will be available for Q&A.

Workshop will be held at HT Farms in Belmont, NH.

We have arranged to have a guided tour of the beef processing facility at Adams Farm in Athol, MA. The event will allow interested NHBPA members a look at a processing facility while it is in operation. Someone from the slaughterhouse will also be on hand to answer questions you may have.

Join NHBPA for a special event as we tour one of New Hampshire’s USDA-inspected beef processing facilities, Lemay & Sons Beef. Tour will include a walk-through of the facility and a discussion of how to optimize returns on your beef product along with Q&A at the end.

This tour is limited to 25 people. Registration is required.

You’re invited to our first annual membership picnic at Overlook Farm in Peterborough, NH. Meet the board members of NHBPA as well as other beef producers from NH. There will be a farm tour of the beautiful and iconic grounds of Overlook Farm and plenty of opportunity to socialize and network.

The board will make a brief presentation about all they’ve accomplished in the past year, followed by voting on new officers and board members. We will hear from some of our wonderful sponsors along with a raffle for some of the items donated by sponsors.

Come hungry, bring your family, lunch will be served! Please RSVP so we can be sure to have enough food.
